Launched last month for UK tours and river cruises, the service allows guests to go from their pick-up point to the airport via private car.
“Our door-to-door service has proved particularly popular and we’ve ensured we’ve listened to the trade following their positive feedback and requests to extend the initiative,” said head of trade for the UK and Ireland Tom Morgan. “We are confident this personal touch will make guests’ time away easy and even more memorable.”
It was initially introduced as part of the tour operator’s ‘travel concierge’ service, which is only available to river cruise and UK tour guests.
Riviera made the headlines last week when it announced eight new escorted tours for next year, including a 14-day trip to India and a two-week stay in Malaysia.
