The trio will take up their new, wider roles with the river cruise and escorted touring specialist from Friday (1 December).
As trading director, Milan will continue to head up Riviera’s trade team. He will oversee the trade, international and group functions, in addition to having overall responsibility for revenue management and agent activity across the business. He will continue to report into Riviera chief executive Phil Hullah.
As head of international sales, Morgan will manage overseas sales activity, including in Ireland, as well as Australia and the US. He will also lead on new business opportunities across other global markets. Morgan, who was previously head of trade, will continue to report to Milan in his new role.
Billing, meanwhile, will have responsibility for trade business alongside her current partnerships remit. Riviera announced last week it has reopened its European river cruise and select touring product to the Irish market, with Billing tasked with driving trade relationships and sales.
She is currently recruiting for a key account manager, as well as looking to strengthen the trade contact centre. Billing will also continue to report into Milan.
Riviera’s trade division will grow to become a team of 15 in 2024, the expansion coming as the company confirms agent sales are currently up 110% year-on-year.
Hullah said: "Stu is the ideal leader and his oversight will ensure our trade delivery continues apace, while Tom’s wealth of experience means he is perfectly placed to head up our international aspirations. Vicky has made a very favourable impression in a short time and will continue the excellent progress we have made under Tom.
"The trade remains a key focus and we look forward to our agent business further going from strength to strength under their direction."
