Riviera Travel is running an agents’ prize draw to coincide with a river cruising campaign.
Agents can win a free cabin or suite on one of the operator’s departures if they book a new customer on a 2021 Riviera river cruise by 30 November 2020.

A study by the operator found 34% of ocean cruisers are now considering a river voyage in 2021. In addition, they were 79% more likely to take a river cruise than a sea voyage.
Ben Hitchcock, marketing director, said there had historically been limited crossover between ocean and river cruising.
“However, with ocean cruising still off limits according to government guidelines, we felt there was an opportunity to showcase the benefits of river cruising to an audience who may previously have discounted this form of travel.
"Our research confirmed this theory, and so we launched our campaign Less is More, which highlights all the positive aspects of river cruising that people may not have been aware of or considered.
“For example, our research showed that for 84%, sharing the experience with fewer fellow passengers was a key reason for preferring river cruising, whilst for more than 50%, being docked at a destination every day was an important consideration.
"We want to demonstrate that for people with these concerns, they don’t have to look away from cruising for their next holiday choice, as river offers a fantastic alternative.”
