The line announced on Tuesday (2 May) that Reeser will help the European group increase its expertise, initially focusing on training call centres.
Reeser joins the European team having relocated from the company’s US and North America team. She’s also had extensive experience in hospitality, having managed one of the busiest Subway franchises in the US.
Royal’s EMEA vice-president Ben Bouldin said Reeser’s skills “will be vital in helping us maintain high-quality customer communications across all our call centres and EMEA teams.”
