Sixteen homeworkers were invited to experience Anthem of the Seas while the Quantum-class ship was docked.
Anthem is currently sailing round-trip from Southampton on a mix of itineraries including the Norwegian fjords, Canary Islands and Mediterranean beaches and cities.
The visit included a group tour of the ship with viewings of the vessel’s staterooms. There was also the opportunity to ride on the North Star, the observation capsule that takes guests 100 metres above sea level, followed by lunch at Windjammer Marketplace.
Torey Kings-Hodkin, head of sales UK at Royal Caribbean International, said: "It was a pleasure to host some of our travel customers onboard last weekend, several of whom were new to brand and even new to cruise.
"First-hand experience of our products makes an undeniable difference when it comes to being able to sell our holidays effectively. Anthem really is a phenomenal ship, with so much for all the family to do; we’re incredibly lucky to have this breathtaking ship on our doorstep in Southampton this summer and also returning to the UK for summer 2023."
