The UK boss of Royal Caribbean has confirmed the line will not be attending the Telegraph cruise show for the second year running.
Instead, it will launch a weekend promotion to encourage consumers to book with their travel agents
Speaking to TTG, Stuart Leven said Royal Caribbean had opted to repeat last year’s decision after seeing three times more bookings made during the Telegraph cruise show in 2014.
He added that he also wanted to encourage customers to book through their agent rather than pursuing direct sales.
