The budget carrier will operate the route twice a week between June and September. The addition grows Ryanair’s summer schedule at Newquay airport to six routes, the others being Alicante, Faro, Malaga, Dublin and London.
Ryanair said its summer 2023 schedule will support more than 90 jobs at Newquay airport, where it will operate more than 30 weekly flights, and drive economic recovery in the region.
“Ryanair is pleased to announce even more growth for Cornwall with the addition of our new Edinburgh route for summer 2023," said Ryanair marketing director Dara Brady.
