A Saga spokesperson said the decision had been made against a backdrop where "the market for international travel remains uncertain".
“Central to this is ensuring that we are offering the trips our customers want – and that we are confident we can deliver to the very highest quality and with the least potential for disruption,” he said in a statement on Thursday (2 December).
All customers affected will be offered the choice of switching their holiday or a full refund.
