The operator, which is part of Hotelplan, said that the refresh had been designed to showcase the “magical experience” available on these trips for families to see Santa this winter.
Santa’s Lapland offers two- or three-night family trips to Lapland in the Arctic Circle with direct flights from 14 UK airports to Ivalo in northern Finland. Packages include a reindeer ride, sledging with huskies, tobogganing, other snow-based activities and a private visit with Santa.
The operator is educating agents on the new brand through a series of webinars, which are supported by a four-page digital and printed guide, as well as posters.
Agents can also enter a competition to win one of 10 places to see Elf the Musical in London on 16 November. They can enter by making one booking with Santa’s Lapland by the end of September.
