Serenity Holidays has launched a new range of trade training videos covering destinations and its 2023 product offering.
Content across the four videos includes personal accounts from staff and the brand’s offering in 2023, such as The Gambia Experience, The Cape Verde Experience, Corsican Places and Sardinian Places.
The trade can access the videos on the travel agent section of the Serenity Holidays website.
Serenity’s trade relations executive Hayley Smith said: "Video training is a great addition to our agent support and to showcase our expertise and knowledge in this way, we hope will further assist agents."
