The guides, who are based all around the country, have been hand-picked by the tourism board with the aim of connecting UK travellers with the people of South Africa.
They include a game ranger, an outdoor adventure guide, a marine biologist, a chef, a wine expert and local city guides.
Holidaymakers can book individual tours with a guide, as well as tailor-made multi-day packages.
