The Serenity Holidays brand will offer Maio this winter, giving guests the chance to explore its white sandy beaches, clear waters, salt pans and mature forests. Visitors will be able to go out in search of wildlife, including humpback whales, nesting turtles and various exotic birds.
Accommodation on Maio is at the 2.5-grade Stella Maris, a small hotel with ocean views, its own private beach and infinity pool.
The operator now offers eight of the Cape Verde archipelago’s 10 islands, bringing them together through island-hopping itineraries, as well as tailor-made tours and other experiences.
Cape Verde Experience also offers Carnival packages and a seven-night archipelago cruise.
Holiday options include all-inclusive, full-board, bed and breakfast and self-catering, with flights from Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.
Packages include flights, private transfers, airport lounge access in the UK, Cape Verde’s airport security tax and the services of an in-resort team.
