The session, which is being held in partnership with TTG, will take place on 1 March 2023 from 1-2pm.
It will explore “parent guilt” and how to cope with the pressure of matching up to the images of parenthood seen in the media or on social media.
Panellists include:

- Vicky Billing - a working mum and head of commercial partnerships at Riviera Travel
- Debbie O’Neil - a working mum and general manager at Jules Verne and also a practicing coach
- Claire Steiner - HR & talent professional, UK director at GTTP and Founder of ITT Future You
- Daniel Pearce - a working dad and CEO of TTG Media
AWTE chair Lindsay Garvey Jones said: “We invite anyone who is keen to find out, first hand, what life is like when you decide to have a family whilst having your career in the travel industry.
“It’s also an opportunity to get a take on legal obligations and how to not overstep the mark when an employee informs you that they’re going to have a family. How should employers handle being told?”
