It’s the most new river cruises the company has ever added to its portfolio in a single year, with each new itinerary including a dinner onshore in locations such as a Viennese palace, a Dutch castle and an Italian Renaissance-style mansion.
"We’re absolutely thrilled to be expanding our river cruise offerings in such an unprecedented way, with exciting new itineraries that will appeal to our loyal past guests and new travellers alike," said Tauck chief executive Dan Mahar.
"Several of the trips incorporate included pre- or post-cruise hotel stays in new-to-Tauck cities including Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, and Montreux and Geneva in Switzerland."
The new 12-day Danube Kingdoms: Bavaria, Austria and Hungary itinerary includes a four-night land-based trip of Bavaria and a seven-night cruise along the Danube for £5,590pp.
