TTG is inviting the travel trade and wider travel industry to share its memories of – and tributes to – Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II following her sad passing on Thursday (8 September) aged 96.
During her 70-year reign, the Queen witnessed the birth of the modern travel industry, lent her name to ships and airport terminals, and was there to open a vast number of travel facilities throughout the UK.
We would love to hear from anyone in travel who met the Queen, shared time with her or crossed her path, or otherwise has a meaningful reflection on the UK’s longest-serving monarch, or tribute to pay.
You can share your memories using our online form here, or by emailing your reflections, recollections and any images you have to feedback@ttgmedia.com.
