The Florida portfolio has been broken down into various categories to suit different customers, including villas for young families or large groups, properties with hot tubs or gaming facilities among others.

The new villas are set in residential areas such as Champions Gate, Solara Resort, Solterra Resort, Storey Lake Resort, Paradise Palms Resort and Windsor Hills and feature facilities including communal pools, gyms, clubhouses, and games rooms. Agents can book the new villas via Travelpack.
