The firm will issue refunds to guests through its trust account, which will automatically be returned to the original form of payment method provided at the time of the reservation.
In a statement posted on its website, Tradewind said: "We have taken the difficult decision to cancel our current voyages till October, as we work through the company financial restructure.
"We can appreciate our guests’ disappointment regarding the voyage cancellations, a decision that has not been taken lightly, but required at this time. We sincerely apologise to all our guests for any inconvenience this decision may cause."
It comes after the line suspended all sales and advised cancellations were expected last month.
