Announced as a winner in April 2020, Travel Counsellors was recognised for excellence in international trade and invited to attend the event, which was hosted by Prince Charles.
The achievement marked the second time the company has won the award, having been given the same honour in 2014. The company’s first win as part of the ceremony was for innovation in 2003.
Following the event, Morris said she was "honoured" to represent Travel Counsellors at "such a prestigious event".
"Windsor Castle is a truly amazing venue, and a very fitting location to celebrate winning the country’s highest business accolade," she added.
"It was an excellent day, and we can feel enormously proud of our business. This award is truly down to our community of people, and the hard work, dedication and care they give to their customers and each other every day."
