The homeworking firm launched a wellbeing show earlier this month via Travel Counsellors Television, a regular broadcast shared live from its Manchester head office direct to agents over the web.
It features the company’s business owners, colleagues and a variety of guest speakers, including TC’s external mental health support service, Able Futures.
Earlier this year, the company also introduced a monthly coffee morning for staff and agents to end the week with a "positive spirit". An average of 60 homeworkers and support team workers usually attend the calls.
The firm has also revamped its digital wellbeing hub to provide colleagues and franchisees with guidance on a range of topics, such as money management and learning and development resources.
Travel Counsellors has further provided financial support to its community with its TC Welfare Fund, which has supported more than 250 homeworkers and colleagues who faced hardship over the pandemic.
Karen Morris, engagement director of Travel Counsellors, said the wellbeing of the company’s staff and customers continues to be "paramount".
"We have always been passionate about how we support our people in this area, including having our own personal counsellor and trained mental health first aiders," she added.
