Membership costs cover 24/7 support for both agent and client, a technology suite, "competitive commercial terms" and access to the Travelsafe app. The app will act as a companion for business updates, commercial agreements, supplier account information, booking management, payment processing and instant support.

Additionally, Travelsafe members will benefit from the use of an Atol and an Iata licence, as well as GDS access.

New members will receive a complimentary two-hour business consultation to assist with troubleshooting, and to identify new growth opportunities and maximise profits.
