The record-breaking month for the Independent Travel Experts (ITE) came following an influx of new starters and "outstanding" performances from its existing team of homeworkers.
Managing director Gary Gillespie said: "We had high hopes for January based on our sales over the previous quarter, but it really has exceeded all expectations.
"I think there was an air of slight trepidation across the industry going into peaks as we’ve become so accustomed to the rug being pulled from under us over the last few years but thankfully that’s not been the case and the bookings came flooding in."
The business will now continue to support its homeworkers through weekly webinars and training sessions.
