In an update on Friday (22 October), Tui announced the cancellation of all flights departing up to and including 17 November, having initially stopped flights until 3 November earlier this month.
Around 7,500 people have been forced to flee since Cumbre Vieja began erupting in mid-September and hundreds of homes and buildings have been destroyed.
Tui said it wanted to reassure customers booked to travel to other Canary Islands that flights are “currently operating as planned”.
However, Tui added it would “continue to monitor the situation” and customers should their holiday be impacted.
