Lee’s Travel must repay its debt to Iata over a billing and settlement plan (BSP) default by November 30 or its agency accreditation will be removed.
The London-based company, which also trades as Forever Cruises, Oz Flights and Fly Club, was suspended from Iata’s BSP due to the debt earlier this week.
An Iata spokesperson told TTG: "Lee’s Travel has been suspended from the BSP for [a] default. The agency has until November 30 to pay the entire outstanding debt.
"Failure to do so will result in its being removed from the Iata Agency List."
Earlier today (October 19) Abta said it did not comment on individual members, but said that Lee’s remained a trading member.
The company has an Atol to carry almost 5,000 passengers in the 12 months to March 2019.
A representative from Lee’s could not be reached for comment when contacted by TTG this evening.
