Founder and chief executive Guy Novik said the brand, which has already achieved £26 million in sales revenue for the financial year ending in September 2022, was "totally reliant" on the "amazing support" it has received from its travel agent partners.
"This pandemic has been incredibly tough for the whole travel industry and my heart goes out to those agencies and tour operators who had to close their doors forever," he said
"With the USA closed for 20 months, our own survival plan included downsizing from 83 staff, leaving just 32 heroes to somehow keep the company running in the toughest of circumstances."
Novik continued: "While some mistakes were made, we did our best at the time and have been rewarded with the loyal support from so many agents for which we are both proud and grateful."
The company, said Novik, also plans to introduce a new sales support department with additional staff to make it easier for agents to get in touch.
"We are rewarding both agents with increased booking incentives as well as agency owners with co-op marketing support, which is all part of our ‘Supporting Agents Supporting Us’ programme," Novik added.
