Almeria, Granada, La Coruna, Menorca, Malaga and Seville will join Vueling’s Gatwick route network in early April, boosting its total UK routes to 24.
BA’s IAG stablemate will operate 13 of these routes from Gatwick, and a further 11 across six UK regional airports, which it said was comparable with 2019 levels of service.
The expansion will also see Vueling increase weekly frequencies on its Barcelona routes from Birmingham, Edinburgh, Gatwick and Manchester.
This includes 49 weekly flights from Gatwick, nine from Manchester, seven from Birmingham and two from Edinburgh.
