The video features head of trade Alan Cross, general manager trade sales Lloyd Cross and national trade sales managers Simon Marshall and Nikki McGuire taking on the plunge.

Cross said the conference, which is taking place in the Algarve, "is all about having the courage and audacity" to take risks to deliver success.

"The whole conference has been built around positivity, motivation and ensuring we are being proactive," he told delegates.

"You don’t have to go to the extreme of jumping out of a plane to challenge yourselves. You can do this every day at work simply by finding ways to grow your business rather than looking for excuses to fail."

The first full day of the conference will see Jet2.com and Jet2holidays chief executive Steve Heapy provide an update on the brands’ sustainability strategy, and head of product Zoe Towers talk to agents about ways to combat the cost of living crisis.
  
Tuesday night (15 November) will see the Jet2holidays Agent Awards take place, and tomorrow agents will learn more about the operator’s future vision from Heapy.
