Former Baldwins Travel marketing executive Amy Sharp has joined Wendy Wu Tours’ trade team to help the operator "strengthen its commitment to agents" and capitalise on a 35% year-on-year uptick in trade sales.

The escorted touring specialist said Sharp was "well-known in the retail travel world" and would bring "a deep understanding of what agents need to close sales and grow their businesses" from her first-hand retail experience.
She joins the team as Wendy Wu’s newest sales support executive as the operator looks to build on a third consecutive year of double-digit growth in sales through agents and "surging demand for specialist touring".
