Zafiro Palace Andratx is one of Caribtours’ top hotels in Majorca – here’s how to sell it

In October 2025 I took 10 agents from Premier Travel on a three-night fam trip to Zafiro Palace Andratx in Majorca. We experienced it first-hand as guests, which was lovely.

The hotel is in a peaceful resort called Camp de Mar, just outside Port Andratx itself. It’s located beside one of Majorca’s premier golf courses, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It's a really idyllic location, and the resort itself is stunning, it’s very spacious and modern. It’s one of three five-star hotels in the Zafiro Palace Collection, alongside Zafiro Palace Palmanova and Zafiro Palace Alcudia.

Zafiro Palace Andratx is a hotel that suits everyone for different reasons; it features exceptional facilities, and the staff and service are first class. You have this real feeling of space, and the price point is really good for what you're getting.

There are multiple pools scattered all around Zafiro Palace Andratx – there are adult-only pools, family pools and a baby pool. It’s an all-suite hotel, and many of the suites have their own private pools too.

You get a real sense of peace and tranquillity because it never feels crowded, and they've got so many different options for guests to enjoy. The spa and wellness centre are ideal for people who are looking to relax, and would suit a mum and daughter having a break together, couples, or a group of girlfriends.

Stand-out dining 

I think the exceptional dining is a key selling point, and the quality of the food and beverage offering is noticeably higher than many other all-inclusive resorts. Guests can choose the All-Inclusive Redefined concept, which is one of the hotel's USPs, and offers very good value, as it includes incredible a la carte dining and premium brand drinks.

They've got five restaurants which are all beautiful and offer incredible choice – we loved the freshly prepared paella. And the breakfast buffet at The Market is so expansive, with so much to choose from. You can have in-room dining as well.

And there are really fun food trucks as well, if you want more of a relaxed street food type lunch. They also have the sweet corner, with fresh crepes.

The perfect location 

Zafiro Palace Andratx is located on the hillside, and you just get these stunning views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. We recommend that guests go into Port Andratx, because it's only about five minutes away by car, and there’s a really lovely choice of restaurants in the marina, and you can walk around all the beautiful yachts, which offers a really nice Mediterranean experience.

Zafiro Palace Andratx is a great choice for people who play golf because it's next to Majorca's best golf club, the Andratx Golf Course, and the hotel will arrange all the green fees and everything you need at special rates.

The hotel Concierge can also arrange the hire of an electric ‘llaut’, a traditional Mallorcan boat, and one day we sailed along the coastline, which I’d thoroughly recommend people do once they're there.

All-suite accommodation 

The spacious, all-suite accommodation is a massive selling point at Zafiro Palace Andratx. The entry level is a junior suite, so it lends itself so well to couples and older families who are looking for a more luxurious experience with more space. And there are room categories with private pools as well, which are great for those wanting privacy.

We were all in the Zafiro Club, [the brand’s elevated luxury experience, also available at Zafiro Palace Palmanova], which adds an extra layer of exclusivity.

My Zafiro Club Junior Suite with private pool was gorgeous. It was very spacious, with a huge super king-size bed, a sofa area, and a very spacious bathroom with Jo Loves amenities. Outside it had a lovely terrace and sun loungers, and the private pool. Then nearby was the Zafiro Club area with a long infinity pool overlooking the mountains and Camp de Mar bay. You’ve got really comfy day beds and sun loungers, your own private bar, and food trucks with things you can easily grab, like tacos.

As part of the Zafiro Club you get a dedicated concierge and enhanced amenities in your suite, and there is a private pool exclusively for Zafiro Club guests. They also get a complimentary 25-minute massage per person, and some exclusive food and beverage offerings in private areas.

We would definitely recommend agents try to upsell the Zafiro Club wherever they can. It really does elevate the stay, and it gives something extra to those seeking additional privacy and luxury.

Boosting sales

At Caribtours, 85% of our business comes through travel agents. Sales for Zafiro Palace Andratx have really taken off for us in the last 12 months, and it’s now one of our top hotels in Majorca.

Zafiro Hotels is a growing brand, and we’ve been working with the team to increase brand awareness within the trade. Zafiro Hotels’ Sales and Marketing Manager Jane Tippen has joined us for many of our travel agent training dinners, and as that knowledge and awareness are gaining traction, we're finding we're getting a lot more bookings, and are seeing repeat clients looking to return. I think it will go from strength to strength, and we expect more growth as we go into 2027.
