Jessica: Welcome to our In the Spotlight video with Tui. Deborah, shall we start with Tui's flying programme, as there's been an exciting new launch recently, hasn't there?
Deborah: Yeah, absolutely. Well, hi everyone. I love sharing the growth of our flying programme with all the agents out there. We've had so much growth over the last few years to some amazing destinations, but the most exciting one recently is our new route to Zanzibar. So, we will be offering a direct route from London Gatwick. This starts in Winter 2027 on a Wednesday and a Sunday, so we've got the flexible flying options there. And we are the only Tui UK holiday package provider to offer this direct route. So jump on to Tui as a key operator to book these amazing flights giving your customers that amazing, seamless journey. And who wouldn't want to visit Zanzibar? I mean, it's full of wildlife, culture as we know, and top hotels as well – Tui Blue, The Mora, our partnership with Riu Hotel Resorts. So yeah, great one to look at for a winter escape.
Jessica: And now let's talk about future seasons. What can customers book now and what's the benefit of them booking early?
Deborah: It's always super important to look at those forward seasons, not just because of the availability. We are on sale now until Spring 2028. This is giving your customers the key preferences for their holiday – departure date, airport to fly from, the perfect hotel, and it's giving them the opportunity to spread the holiday cost. Now in the current climate, we need to be able tohave our perfect holidays, but we also need to be able to find a way to manage that. We also have free child places available right until Winter 27/28. So again, it's just finding ways to help customers be enticed about those holidays, but also giving them what they need as well. So definitely check out Summer 27 and our Winter 27/28.
Jessica: Brilliant. And how can agents expect to be supported by Tui this year and beyond?
Deborah: Oh, wow. So in the last year or so, we've had our World of Tui events. These have grown not only in size with the amount of agents we can now accommodate, but also in what we provide. So it's a massive opportunity for our trade partners out there not only to meet the Tui team, but the experts behind the scenes, key hotel suppliers. We also have tourist boards coming on board now, so you can imagine what the experience is like just to have all of that in one space. But it's also about like-minded people meeting each other. It makes it a real key experience, and that support system just grows naturally. The next big one will be for our virtual World of Tui event. So this is taking place in December. I like to give it a little Christmas feel. I know it sounds a long way off, but it won't be. So definitely sign up. You can join me from the comfort of your own home with your favorite Christmas tipple. So it will be ideal.
Jessica: Amazing. And what about the Tui Trade Hub? For agents who don't know, how can they utilise that platform?
Deborah: Oh yeah. So, Jess, this is a little baby of mine. So the Trade Hub has been part of my journey since I joined the trade relations team. It is a place for everybody to utilise at any point in the day, which is the most important thing. There's so many homeworker trade agents out there who don't have that support system after hours. So the Tui Trade Hub gives them exactly that. It is an e-learning platform, resource centre, you've got your assets and marketing opportunities on there, support where you can reach out to the team. So there's absolutely everything all in one place.
Jessica: Brilliant. And finally, what is in the pipeline for Tui that agents need to know about?
Deborah: So there's so many exciting opportunities with Tui. As most of the trade world out there will know, Tui evolves constantly. We're not just a package holiday platform anymore. We offer so much more than that with our tours, city breaks, wedding opportunities, cruises, Tui River Cruises. There's so much under the umbrella. So it's just about making sure they're always checking in with us. They have that key relationship. They use that TUI Trade Hub to make sure they're always up-to-date. They can check out our newsletter there, so that changes whenever there's something new. So even if they log on once a week and just check out that page, it will tell them what is happening at Tui. It's not just about the destinations and the growth in the flying programme, it is all about the inclusivity of what we offer. Those amazing sensory rooms with Tui Blue giving customers who need that neurodiversity support. We have a great accessibility programme getting customers started on their holiday, not just while they're there. So all of those things combined to make us a great company to book your customers' holidays with and that's what we would love to see over the coming years, is just that growth in our connection.
Jessica: Amazing. Thank you for sharing all of those exciting updates with us, Deborah. And thank you for watching our In the Spotlight video with Tui.
