Sandy Murray from Sandy’s Travel Escapes organises the yearly Yorkshire Ball, with this year’s Ball raising £5,000. Up to £95,000 had been raised over the years, with this year’s Ball helping to reach the £100,000 mark.

The event was held at the Village Hotel South Leeds with some 122 people in attendance.

Murray said she wished to thank Jet2 for their sponsorship of the band as well as Classic Collection who also contributed to the evening.
