Luxury operator to offer £20k of prizes to NHS staff

The company has gathered prizes from more than 60 luxury brands, who are offering 200 items to win, worth more than £20,000.  

The ‘At Your Service’ raffle of luxury prizes is open only to NHS staff and will open on World Health Day, 7 April.

To enter, NHS staff need just to upload a scan of their NHS pass to be in line for one of the prizes, and new prizes will continue to be added until the closing date of 7 May.

British Airways to carbon offset all UK flights

The carrier will be the first UK airline to offset its carbon output on behalf of passengers, although those on international flights must still make their own offset contribution.

BA will invest in verified carbon offset projects around the world, including rainforest protection, renewable energy and reforestation.

Passengers on international flights wishing to offset can use BA’s carbon offsetting tool, which funds investment in forestry and renewable energy projects in Peru, Sudan and Cambodia.
