The move comes after the tourist board initiated a trade-facing branch in the UK in October last year.

Ian Scott, who is heading up this new branch of Visit Ajman, said: “Ajman is effectively a new destination for the UK trade, which is exciting in itself.

"And whilst it benefits from the airlift and proximity to Dubai, it is a world away in terms of unique experiences, general vibe and even affordability – it’s a great option for agents to have available to offer to their customers.”
