Almeria and Krakow will join the airline’s roster for summer 2020.
The additions grow Jet2.com’s summer 2020 route network at Glasgow to 34 destinations, with more than one million seats on sale now.
Jet2 says the additions meet demand for package holidays and city breaks to the two destinations.
The airline will operate a weekly Sunday service to Almeria from May through October, opening up a range of coastal resorts including the family-friendly Roquetas de Mar, historic Mojacar, or chilled Aguadaluce and El Toyo.
Its twice-weekly Krakow service, meanwhile, will operate on Mondays and Fridays, timed to cater for travellers looking to take a long weekend away.
Jet2.com will operate nearly 100 flights a week from Glasgow during the summer 2020 peak, including:
- Canary Islands – up to 15 weekly services to Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote;
Turkey – five weekly flights to Dalaman, four weekly to Antalya, and weekly Bodrum and Izmir services; - Daily and/or double-daily services to sunshine hotspots such as Palma (11 services a week), Alicante (nine), Malaga (six), Faro (six) and Ibiza (five), Reus (three), Girona (two) and Menorca (two);
