The airline and operator will return to Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada in 2027.
It has put 18 weekly flights on sale across 12 routes from seven of its UK bases.
Four of the 12 routes will be Jet2.com exclusives. The first flights will take off in February 2027.
Jet2 confirmed its return to Egypt last week, but is only now detailing its programme in full.
On Wednesday (3 December), it said its decision had been informed by "years of demand from independent travel agents and non-retail partners".
Jet2 will operate to Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh from Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Stansted and Manchester airports.
It will also fly to Hurghada from Glasgow and to Sharm el Sheikh from Edinburgh.
The two Leeds Bradford routes are exclusive to Jet2, as are its routes from Stansted to Hurghada and Edinburgh to Sharm el Sheikh.
Agents can secure their clients £100pp off Jet2's Egypt holidays during a special launch promotion.
Jet2 is offering a range of three- to five-star accommodation in Hurghada and the resorts of Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay and Soma Bay, and in Sharm el Sheikh and the resorts of Hadaba, Nabq Bay, Ras Nasrani, Naama Bay and Sharks Bay.
Steve Heapy, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays chief executive, said: “With year-round availability to the magical destinations of Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh, we are giving holidaymakers fantastic choice in two iconic holiday hotspots, and we cannot wait to get started.
"We are incredibly excited about these new destinations, and we know how popular they will be with our partners, based on the demand out there."
Jet2 will begin flying to Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh from 11 February 2027.
