The new roles have been filled internally, and see Kieran Savill become national account manager to strengthen strategic partnerships and national agency relationships, while Sas Rowbotham will lead on agent education and training in her new role of trade engagement manager.
Elsewhere, Ryan Readman has moved into the role of trade partnerships manager – focusing on homeworkers and independent business owners – and Casey West has joined the team as trade support executive following a successful secondment from Newmarket's contact centre.
Savill and West took up their new roles on 1 January, while Rowbotham and Readman will assume theirs once replacements are in place. Newmarket is also recruiting for two account managers, with these roles open to applicants based in the North West, Midlands or South East.
"We're excited to be able to offer new opportunities within the team and look forward to welcoming two new members, further strengthening our support for the trade," said Hayley Morris, head of trade sales and partnerships at Newmarket Holidays.
Chief commercial officer David Sharman added: "Following a strategic review of our performance and team structure, we’re delighted to further enhance our trade team with newly created roles, bringing in additional people to strengthen the team and provide even greater support to our valued trade partners."
Newmarket said its plans to expand the team would support its "biggest-ever" fam trip programme, designed to give agents more opportunity to experience the operator's product, as well as its aim to grow "sustainably" in 2026 and ensure it is an "even stronger" year than 2025.
