Marks worked with Dolphin Dynamics for several years while at Baldwins and insisted his new employers's platform delivers "real, measurable efficiency gains which I believe could benefit almost every travel business".
Dolphin Dynamics is currently rolling out a new front-end for its CRM, reservations and back-office functions. It said Marks brings "deep industry knowledge, hands-on experience with the platform and a reputation for straight-talking expertise" to his role.
Marks said: "I’ve worked with Dolphin Dynamics for years and know firsthand their product and service are second to none. The new front end makes their already market defining system even quicker and easier to use."
