Cassie Mullen, who will look after agents in the south, joins from Classic Collection, and brings first-hand experience of the agency sector where she started her career in travel.
Danni Gallagher, meanwhile, will look after agents in the north. Like Mullen, she brings experience from the agency sector, joining from Althams Travel where she helped launch the agency's Harrogate branch.
Olympic's head of sales Leanne Edwards said the duo would bring "a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for the trade" to their new roles with the Greek island and Cyprus specialist.
"I know they will make a real difference in strengthening our valued relationships with our agent partners," said Edwards. "Trade has always been at the heart of our business and we are hugely grateful for the years of loyalty and support we have received."
Edwards said Mullen and Gallagher would support Olympic's focus on growing awareness of its island-hopping programme, twin-centre itineraries and overseas wedding breaks among agents.
Mullen, who joined Olympic last week, said her roots in travel retail had instilled in her a passion for trade, adding she had admired Olympic's strong existing relationships with agents, and its vision to continue supporting them in an "ever-changing industry".
Gallagher, who will start with Olympic on Wednesday (10 September), joined the industry aged 16 and lists the Althams branch launch among the proudest moments of her career. She added she was looking forward to working with Mullen and Edwards owing to the team's "shared passions and values".
