Tamzin Lewis took up her new role with Premier this week, bringing experience from spells with Sandals and Beaches Resorts, and Riviera Travel.
She will work alongside eastern BDM Louisa Smith and Hayley Smith, who looks after the south and Scotland, to grow Premier's business with the trade and in the regions.
Lewis has been in the industry for more than 20 years; Premier said she had "a proven track record" across business development, training and managing relationships.
Premier added that in her previous roles, she has delivered trade training, hosted overseas fams and forged strong partnerships that have driven regional sales growth.
