Georgiou, who joined Silversea in June 2016 and oversaw the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa, has left to "pursue new opportunities", a spokesperson for the line confirmed to TTG.
They added a replacement will be announced "in due course", but did not elaborate.
Prior to joining Silversea, Georgiou spent 16 years with Avis Budget Group, rising to the role of Head of International Strategic Accounts.
She began her career in travel as a Thomas Cook agent, working in its Berkley Street branch in central London, later becoming branch manager.
