Turner, who joined tailor-made specialist Audley from APT in April 2024, will take up her new post on 1 October.
She will be responsible for managing Audley's relationships with its top performing agent partners, enhancing its training and identifying new business opportunities.
Audley is on the lookout for her successor as Trade Partnership Manager to look after its agent partners in the South.
Greg Thurston, Audley's Head of Trade Sales, said Turner was "the perfect fit" for the role as an "exceptional relationship builder".
"She has been instrumental in developing new and effective initiatives that take Audley’s trade support to another level" he said.
"Our Future Faces of Luxury Travel training programme is a perfect example of this, which was one of the most well-received and impactful training initiatives we have ever run - Sarah will be spearheading the development of this initiative into 2027."
Thurston added the creation of the Key Account Manager role and Lucy Park's recent appointment as Trade Partnerships Manager for the North and Scotland underlined the operator's commitment to the trade.
"We see a huge opportunity with agents, and these roles will help us deliver our goal of doubling our sales from travel agents over the next few years," he added.
Turner said: "The two-and-a-half years since I started at Audley have been incredible, seeing how much our trade sales have grown, and the belief and support we’ve received from agents across the industry has been such a privilege."
She added she was excited to continue championing and learning from the next generation of travel agents coming into our industry as well as finding new ways to help agents grow their businesses alongside Audley's.
