Lister joins the North American specialist after two years as Travelpack's Business Development Director for Scotland.
She started her career in travel as an agent with Scotland's AT Mays in the early 1990s before working her way up through the sector.
After 10 years with Glen Travel, where she was a Branch Manager, Lister joined Jigsaw Travel and later Love to Travel before going supplier-side with First Class Holidays as a sales executive from where she joined Travelpack.
Lister revealed the move in a LinkedIn post and has already headed down to London to meet the team and learn more about Canadian Affair and American Affair.
"It’s safe to say I’ve fallen in love with these incredible destinations all over again," she said.
"I’m really looking forward to getting back out on the road, reconnecting with our amazing agent partners, meeting new faces, and building even stronger relationships."
She added: "I can’t wait to share everything our brands have to offer and support you however I can."
