Chris Curlett and Jade Spurrell join the brand as business development executives, growing Wavemaker's UK-based trade team to five and underlining its "continued investment in building strong relationships with travel partners across the market".
Together with Carl Harris, Damian Parkes and Amie Reece, the pair will support trade partners across the country through targeted promotional activity while driving awareness of Wavemaker's property portfolio.
Curlett brings retail experience from his background as a Tui travel advisor; he was recognised as a regional top 10 seller in 2025, and was named top seller at Tui's Trafford Centre branch this year.
Spurrell, meanwhile, was most recently a homeworking retail advisor at Tui, supporting team operations and leading training. Wavemaker said she would bring strong leadership, account management and relationship building experience to her new role.
"The expansion of the UK trade team forms part of Wavemaker Hospitality’s wider strategy to deepen engagement with the travel trade and support the continued growth of its portfolio, particularly within the premium and luxury travel segments," said Wavemaker.
"With a strengthened team on the ground, the company is well positioned to deliver enhanced service, training, and partnership opportunities to travel agents across the UK."
Wavemaker comprises five distinct brands, operating more than 40 properties across six destinations, most notably in Greece and Cyprus.
These include Atlantica Hotels & Resorts and Aphrodite Hills Resort, as well as a growing roster of luxury brands such as Mare Resorts, AMOH Rhodes and APHI Resorts, launching next year.
