Announcing the move on LinkedIn on Wednesday (5 August), Baumbach said she'd had a “fantastic” induction to Wendy Wu Tours.
Baumbach had previously spent seven years at APT, holding roles at Bristol airport and Global Independent Travel before that.
“I had such a warm welcome from the head office team and spent the day getting everything set up and spending time learning more about the products and processes,” she wrote on LinkedIn.
“Starting a new role is always a little nerve racking, but everyone has made me feel so welcome from the very beginning. It was also a real pleasure to meet Wendy herself!”
