Black Book 2026 is set to bring together one of the strongest gatherings of luxury travel advisors seen at a UK trade event, with registrations already confirmed from many of the sector’s most respected agencies, concierge businesses and independent travel designers.
The event will welcome a carefully curated audience spanning luxury specialists, high-net-worth travel advisors, cruise experts and bespoke travel designers, creating an environment focused on meaningful business conversations and relationship-building.
Among those already confirmed are representatives from agencies including The Ultimate Travel Company, Quintessentially Travel, Mundy Cruising, Travel Counsellors, Designer Travel, Suite DNA, The Travel Snob, 360 Private Travel, DialAFlight Concierge and dozens more luxury-focused businesses from across the UK.
For suppliers, the calibre of the advisor audience is a key reason for supporting the event. Attendees collectively represent significant luxury travel sales volumes across long-haul, cruise, high-end accommodation, experiential and VIP and ultra-luxury travel, creating valuable opportunities for partnerships and future business growth.
The event has been designed to maximise the value of every conversation, with dedicated networking sessions, appointment schedules and social opportunities that allow advisors and suppliers to connect in a relaxed yet commercially focused environment. All advisors wishing to be a part of Black Book must submit an application supplemented by vetted references in order to ensure the calibre of the attendees.
April Hutchinson, head of luxury at TTG Media, said: “One of the things we are most excited about is the quality of the advisor audience Black Book is attracting. We’re seeing registrations from some of the UK's most influential luxury travel sellers, alongside rising stars and specialist boutique agencies who are shaping the future of the sector.
“Black Book isn't about creating the biggest event. It’s about curating and bringing together the right people,” she added. “The combination of high-calibre advisors, exceptional exhibitors and a strong focus on meaningful business relationships is what will make this such a valuable two-day show for everyone attending.”
With advisor registrations continuing to arrive and capacity intentionally limited to preserve the premium experience, only a small number of places now remain available. Luxury travel professionals interested in attending are encouraged to secure their place soon.
“We’re creating a room full of decision-makers rather than browsers, and an audience that collectively represents millions of pounds of luxury travel sales. Black Book is the conversation in luxury travel everyone is having – travel advisors need to be there,” said Hutchinson.
