TTG Media has entered into partnership with Brave Bold Brilliant, a business support platform and consultancy founded by former travel industry CEO, Jeannette Linfoot.

“This is going to be a really compelling partnership and one that is inspired by our shared business values,” she said.  

As part of the collaboration, all members of TTG’s current 30 Under 30 cohort will be offered free access to the new Rise Academy, an immersive practical programme, which is fully digital and scalable.

Linfoot launched Rise Academy in October 2025, with content inspired by her own experiences of leadership during her 30-year travel career.

The Academy sits alongside Brave Bold Brilliant’s other leadership programmes. These include Executive Edge, a two-to-three-day immersive programme aimed at CEO level. Also, Leadership Masterminds, a six-month programme of live learning, face-to-face and online, and Business Mentoring where Linfoot’s team works individually with leaders and managers. There’s a podcast too, Brave Bold Brilliant, which has Linfoot chatting with business leaders about their real-life experiences.

She said: “With the addition of Rise Academy, we now have a whole suite of products to fully support an organisation. Rise allows us to reach a much greater audience, but under the whole ecosystem, we can be a partner that helps at every level.”

The cost of Rise Academy is £795pp, which opens up lifetime access.

It was a very deliberate decision to keep it more affordable, explained Linfoot: “I’ve priced this purposefully at a really cost-effective level, so that budget is not a blocker. When I revealed what I wanted to charge, people told me: ‘You’re mad, you need to charge four or five times that.’ I know the value of this, but I genuinely want to help as many as people as possible, and if you are doing Rise over six months, it’s the price of a coffee a day, and then you have the toolkit for your entire career.”

Rise Academy is structured with three pillars: how you lead yourself; how you lead a team; and how you build a business.

Under those three pillars are 12 deep-dive leadership modules, with each one including an immersive expert-led video, a professional presentation pack, a practical workbook, and an integrated business toolkit. Everything has been designed for immediate application, with ready-to-use templates, proven frameworks and real-world case studies.

“There’s 120-plus downloadable resources and we’re responding to feedback and adding material all the time,” Linfoot explained.

“If you want to know how to write a great strategy, here’s your template, here are your guidelines. If you’re not quite sure how to navigate through a profit and loss financial statement, I explain it. If you’re building a team for the first time, what do you need to know about the organisation structure? What does high performance look like? What’s your succession plan? Again, here are your templates.

“Rise has all these practical things that you can take and implement straight away. You don’t get that with other courses, it just doesn’t exist.”

Other leadership courses provide too much theory and not enough real-world application, she said, while their cost was often prohibitive, and they demanded time away from running a business.  

“This is not a course that you do once and then forget about,” she said. “It’s something that will stay with you on your leadership journey. You can complete it at your own pace, and with lifetime access, you can go back in as many times as you wish.

“A promotion might come along or you might inherit a team and think, it’s time to go back and revisit that module.
