Taking place between November 2025 and April 2026, the Xcelerator Programme aims to support home-based agents in running stronger businesses, connecting with like-minded peers and gaining the practical tools and confidence to grow their sales.
The four online sessions will blend product knowledge with practical business coaching, helping agents identify and attract new premium clients, elevate their visibility on social media, host successful local events and nurture lasting client relationships.
“The focus is on equipping home-based agents with real-world skills they can apply straight away, from storytelling and marketing to conversion and client care, so they can build a sustainable, repeat-referral business,” said Nicola McNeish, director of sales for Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland.
This comes at the perfect time for all new-to-Celebrity agents, with excitement around the launch of new ship Celebrity Xcel, as well as the brand's recent entry into the river cruise market with Celebrity River Cruises.
McNeish added: “By joining the programme now, agents can be ready to make the most of these opportunities during Wave and beyond.”
Attending agents will also have the chance to win prizes that invest in their long-term success.
“Rather than traditional incentives, the prizes are designed to drive real business transformation, from social-media budgets and client-event packages to one-to-one support from the Celebrity team,” McNeish explained.
Designed around the needs of home-based agents, the first-of-its-kind programme will have a “holistic approach”, integrating community connection and wellness sessions among sales and marketing advice.
