Glazer will join Crystal as business development specialist UK and EMEA from Audley on 24 March.
Crystal said Glazer would bring a wealth of experience, expertise and enthusiasm to her new position as the brand seeks to increase its support for agents and achieve strategic growth in the UK and EMEA regions.
At Audley, Glazer managed a large agent portfolio, tasked with driving trade sales initiatives and supporting the wider trade sales and partnerships team.
She had previously held roles with American Express and Four Seasons Whistler, and has experience repping in Thailand and Cambodia.
In her new role, she will be responsible for driving new, "profitable" growth across UK and EMEA markets by "unlocking new distribution opportunities, accelerating development of emerging travel partner accounts and expanding Crystal’s presence across the regions.
She will report into Crystal vice-president trade sales UK and EMEA, Luke Smith. Audley last week confirmed it was recruiting for a third field-based member of its trade team to look after agents in the north of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Smith said Glazer's newly-created role was designed to "support agents as they start their journey with Crystal and continue to grow their business".
"I’m confident her expertise in luxury travel, account management, trade sales and delivery of exceptional service will be invaluable to us as we continue to expand our sales presence across these important markets.”
Glazer added: “With my background in luxury travel, I am genuinely thrilled to be joining the Crystal team. It is such an exciting time to come onboard, and I’m looking forward to playing my part in contributing to the ongoing growth of the business."
