Adults-only Marella Explorer 2 will sail from its homeport of Dubrovnik to Malaga on the Mediterranean Moments itinerary from 29 October 2026. Ports of call include Valletta, Tunis, Alicante and Almeria. The ship will use the port of La Goulette when visiting the Tunisian capital.
Other new ports for the brand include Spain’s Vigo, serving Santiago de Compostela; Leixoes for Porto; and also Morocco’s Tangier. All winter 2026 sailings go on sale from 3 July.
In addition, Marella Discovery 2, which will also operate as an adults-only ship for the season, will sail from Malaga to Las Palmas, beginning its winter season on 13 November 2026. Calls on the Atlantic Treasures itinerary include Tangier, Lisbon, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Tenerife’s capital Santa Cruz.
Marella has also confirmed Marella Explorer 2 and Marella Voyager will homeport in Barbados for the season, while Marella Discovery will homeport in the Dominican Republic (La Romana) during the winter. Marella Explorer and Marella Discovery 2 will be based in Tenerife and Gran Canaria respectively.
