The line has allocated 120 "immersive training" places to agents across three sailings departing between September and December. Each "Shine at Sea" fam trip sailing has 40 spaces available.
Travel agents will have the opportunity to win a place on a five-night Belgium and Germany cruise, departing on 9 September; a seven-night Northern Europe sailing, departing on 31 October; a four-night cruise to Belgium and France on Ventura, departing on 29 November.
All three cruises are round-trip sailings from Southampton.
To win a place, agents must book and spin any "Select Price" booking and register their interest via the Shine Rewards Club until 3 March 2026.
There will also be additional chances for agents to win on the P&O Cruises Travel Agent Sales Facebook or Instagram pages. Winners will be chosen every week and notified directly by P&O Cruises.
Winners will receive the onboard experience a guest would have, participating in P&O Cruises' shore experience programme, exploring the range of dining and speciality restaurants onboard and the entertainment.
Agents will also join exclusive face-to-face training sessions with the P&O Cruises training team.
The immersive programme is designed to equip agents with first-hand knowledge and confidence to sell the brand more effectively.
