Ponant has expanded its boutique Spirit of Ponant collection with a second catamaran, La Desirade, which made its debut last month.

The vessel will sail from Bonifacio this summer exploring southern Corsica and Sardinia before redeploying to the Caribbean in December where it will spend three months sailing the region through to April.
Built by Lagoon, the 24-metre long vessel has capacity for nine guests and four crew members – including the captain. There are four suites, all of which have en-suite facilities, as well as a large collection of water toys.
